International Uilleann Piping Day 2026

International Uilleann Piping Day returns on Saturday, 7 November 2026. Na Píobairí Uilleann and volunteer organisers coordinate a worldwide celebration of Ireland’s uilleann piping tradition.

Activities can include recitals, talks, sessions, opportunities to try the pipes, tuition, reedmaking, instrument maintenance and bag making. The annual celebration falls on the first Saturday in November; the organiser describes 2026 as its 16th anniversary.
