Parnell Memorial Pipe and Drum Band is a community band based in Rathdrum, County Wicklow. Established in 1988, the registered charitable organization performs at local parades, commemorations, community celebrations, and fundraising events.
The band welcomes new and returning members interested in learning the bagpipes, side drum, tenor drum, bass drum, or drum-major mace. Tuition is provided without charge, and instruments and uniforms are made available to members while they participate in the band. Individual learners and family groups are welcome.
