South Shore Pipes and Drums Association is a non-profit community pipe and drum band in the South Shore region of Nova Scotia. The association preserves and promotes Celtic heritage through music, dancing, and language lessons.

Music and community

The association offers piping and drumming instruction and performs at local community events, parades, and gatherings, including the Bridgewater Exhibition Parade and local céilidhs. Practices have been held at venues such as the Chester Brass Band Hall.

Student learning is supported through educational programmes and youth funding initiatives for piping and drumming camps, helping the next generation take part in Celtic musical traditions.
